You may return new, unused items, within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. All tags and hygiene must be intact. Shipping costs will be covered if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You can start the return/exchange process here.

If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date.
Yes! Visit our returns/exchange center Click Here. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. Make sure to follow the returns process all the way through and towards the end it will prompt you to check a box for exchanges and include any notes to us.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. A flat-rate return label will be provided.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
If you've received a product that was a gift that needs to be exchanged, emailed us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you process the exchange. If you wish to return, you will receive a store credit for the item.
