How Far We’ve Come
2010
After struggling to find a comfortable, functional fishing shirt for kids, two families—the Proffitts and the Dohertys—decided to create their own. And hence, PRODOH was born!
What started with a simple need has grown into something so much bigger. Over the years, our families have grown, our kids have grown (and so have yours!), and PRODOH has grown right along with them.
But through it all, our mission has stayed true and simple: create high-quality, outdoor-ready clothing that inspires kids to get outside and explore.
From the tides to the trails, we’ve always believed that the best childhood memories are made outdoors.
2026: A New Fish
While our original fish will always be part of our story, we’re excited to introduce a new fish to join yours.
We gave our signature fish a modern update—cleaner lines, timeless style, and a design that feels just as at home on your oldest kid as it does on your youngest.
It’s a fresh take on a familiar favorite, designed to carry our story forward while staying true to the tradition that started it all.

Since 2010, we’ve grown, (and so have our kids, and yours!) but our mission has stayed true and simple: create high-quality, outdoor-ready clothing that inspires kids to get outside and explore.
Our logo may be getting a new look, but what we stand for hasn’t changed.
We’re still inspired by the water, the woods, the trails, and all the places childhood adventures take them. We’re still here for the moments that matter most—the adventures, the milestones, and the memories made outdoors.
