Reel rewards, points, and tier status will begin being accrued on or after January 1, 2024. Any purchase activity prior to January 1, 2024 will not be considered when calculating rewards, points, or tier status. We are unable to make point or reward adjustments of any kind. Points will not be awarded until your order ships. Point redemption cannot be combined with other discount codes. Tier status is based on a rolling year (a dynamic 12-month period starting when an individual reaches a certain tier). Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Make sure you are logged into your account prior to checkout. At checkout, your balance will appear and you can select how many points you would like to redeem. The points will redeem in the form of a discount code.

Reel Rewards program is based off a rolling 12 months. Meaning your tier status will start over 12 months after you created your account.
